At Greatchina Biomed, we are committed to supporting the safe and effective use of our products throughout their lifecycle. Our global customer support team provides timely, professional assistance to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and authorized distributors in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
We offer access to:
Product-specific Instructions for Use (IFU) and technical documentation;
Guidance on proper handling, storage, and clinical application;
Support for reporting of adverse events, field safety corrective actions, and product complaints;
Training materials and educational resources to promote correct device utilization.
All post-market activities are integrated into our Quality Management System (QMS) and aligned with our obligations under the Medical Device Regulation. We encourage users to contact us promptly with any questions or concerns—your feedback is essential to our ongoing commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Greatchina Biomed manufactures its medical devices—including staplers with reloads, absorbable locking ligation system, surgical sutures, trocars(with port-side closure) and advanced bipolar system—in compliance with stringent QMS requirements.
Each product is subject to rigorous design controls, process validation, and final inspection to ensure conformity with its intended specifications. Should a product be found to deviate from its declared performance characteristics due to a manufacturing non-conformity—when used in strict accordance with the approved Instructions for Use—we will evaluate the issue through our Complaint Handling and CAPA procedures and, where appropriate, provide replacement or other corrective measures in line with regulatory obligations.
This commitment applies only to defects attributable to materials or workmanship under normal conditions of storage, handling, and use as defined in the IFU.
It does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification;
Normal wear, degradation of absorbable materials (which is an intended characteristic);
Outcomes related to surgical technique or patient-specific factors.
Our focus remains on continuous improvement, transparency, and upholding the highest standards of patient safety—before, during, and after market placement.
